We thought we were adventurous until we met Brent and Kiersten. These two live to get out and explore and are up for anything. Definitely our kind of people. We became fast friends on this mini road trip out into the desert and we still feel like it was completely serendipitous that we crossed paths with them to begin with. Stay tuned because their Icelandic elopement was even more jaw dropping if you can believe it!
This warm, sun-drenched engagement session is easily one of my all time favorites. I try to get as creative as I can with the Midwest landscape and Klondike Park in Defiance, MO definitely provides something out of the ordinary. I love how the light shines over the lake and lights up the white limestone sand at golden hour. It’s absolutely stunning. And speaking of stunning, how gorgeous is Katie?! I’m obsessed with her bohemian little crop-top and blonde bombshell hair. We could’ve shot these two all dang day.
