Have I mentioned lately how much I absolutely adore photographing senior girls?? Seriously, one of my favorite things. It’s so reminiscent of playing dress up with my friends when we were little. I mean, it’s just fun to make another girl feel spectacular and confident! And I’m so here for it. So ya know, if you’re a teenage girl and you’re heading to the beach for vacation, hit me up!! I promise to make you feel like a million bucks! ;)
The North Shore of Kauai is one of the most otherworldly places we’ve ever explored and and a magical land that keeps drawing us back again and again. We were so thrilled to head there with my whole family to celebrate my parents’ 40 anniversary and just had to commemorate the occasion with a couple’s shoot. Aren’t my parents the cutest?! And the breathtaking views of Hanalei aren’t bad either.
Words don't really do justice to how special this day was and to how honored we felt to be a part of it. So I think I'll just let the photos speak for themselves. I really did try to narrow down to my favorites but when you're dealing with the Northern California coastline and the majesty of Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park it's a tall order.

A couple of weeks later we had the pleasure of capturing Rachael + Jordan's reception back home in St. Louis. Talk about the best of both worlds. Have I mentioned how much we LOVE shooting at Jefferson Underground!?
