I adore getting to capture the very beginning of a little one's life, especially because it usually results in me cuddling a newborn to sleep. ;) And I really enjoy photographing these precious, early days in the family's home with all of their unique character and personal touches. It really brings out the storyteller in me.

This little guy was absolute perfection! I have never had a newborn session go so seamlessly. He just snuggled right into every pose I put him in and slept away. Isn't he a doll?! And I love that his mama brought an heirloom quilt that three generations of women in her family worked on. Those special touches add so much to a session.
