A thousand more sessions like this one, please!! Hanging out with Rob and Mallory in their super adorable Benton Park home was just the best. I don't know, there's just something about in home sessions that feels so right... and it's making us realize how much more we need to be shooting our day to day life in our home as well!

We spent a lovely evening with these two, wandering around Patrick's family's farm. We love getting to explore and shoot in new places. I (Charis) used to always do a ton of location scouting ahead of time and it made me really nervous if I had to shoot somewhere with out seeing it in advance. But I'm starting to love the challenge of finding the right light, the right framing, and the right textures on the spot. And of course, getting to hang with Elizabeth and Patrick was a total bonus. We're so looking forward to their wedding in a few weeks!!
I (Charis) think I found my new favorite shooting location in St. Louis. Holy cow, the climatron at MoBot was like stepping into a tropical fairyland. I had been wanting to try a session there FOREVER but I'm so glad it ended up being with Adrianne and Wes!! I never ever tire of capturing the connection between two people. And that black dress was just the icing on the cake... or maybe the fire on the candles on top of the cake. SO SUPER HOT!!
