We met up with Annie and Danny the night before their wedding for an engagement session since we don't live in the same town. All that excitement and anticipation together with the unbeatable desert light made for a truly special session. I couldn't be prouder of these images or happier for these two people. :)

Elysia and I have been scheming about this shoot for a while now. She asked me if there was anything new I was dying to try and the first thing that came to mind was shooting in water. We have no beautiful ocean here in the middle of the country but we sure do have rivers! And rivers at flood stage as it would happen... you can't tell from the photos but that water was bookin! These two amazing sports didn't bat an eye at the current or the millions of bugs or the being soaking wet on the ride home. They're kinda the best and I love them. ;)
